RETURNS & REFUNDS

OUR RETURN POLICY

Vali & Co works hard to make our customers happy and satisfied with their experience with us and we want you to love what you buy. Nevertheless, if for one reason or the other, you are not happy with your purchase and would like to exchange/return your order please follow the simple steps below:

 

 
  •  State your name, order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for return and if you want a refund or exchange.
     
    • Please post your goods back to us within 14 calendar days of your order arriving with you.
       
      • All items must be returned unaltered from their original status (i.e not worn or damaged) including their original tags, seals, labels and packaging.
         
        • 5. Vali & Co advises that you use a signed postal service/courier to return your purchases, as we are unable to refund or exchange for any orders, which fail to reach us. Once the item(s) have been posted, please keep your proof of posting documents until we confirm that the item has been well received.

          • 1. Non-refundable items:

          Footwear: Footwear will only be accepted if returned to us unworn and in its original unmarked and undamaged box.

          Swimwear, hosiery and underwear: For hygiene reasons, swimwear, hosiery and underwear can only be returned if the protective seal is still intact.

           

          • 2. Refunds

          Once the item has been successfully received by us and approved, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will then be processed and credited to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the credited amount to appear on your account.

          *Please note that original delivery is not refunded.

           

          • 3. Exchanges 

          We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged or if a different size/color is required.  We will promptly advise you whether the item you wish to exchange for is available. In case the desired item is not available, we will then issue a refund once the original item has been returned and approved.

          *Please note that all returns are made at your own expense. 

           

          • 4. Sale items

          Please note that sale items must be returned within 7 calendar days and cannot be refunded if returned later than that.  Instead we will offer an instore-credit note to be redeemed with any future purchase. 

           

          • 5. REUSE/RECYCLE:

          We try to limit our impact on the environment and therefore kindly ask you to please recycle your shipping materials.  Therefore, please note that we do not provide a print-out of your invoice within the parcel in order to save paper.
