Please note that customers outside of the United Kingdom will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

We charge you for your order in Pounds Sterling. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by your credit or debit card company. 

••• Any orders cancelled, returned to sender or refused due to customs fees will be subject to a restocking fee of £15.

 

Customs delays:

Unfortunately Vali & Co cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance for international orders. 

 

 Delivery carriers:

Vali & Co uses local UK carriers (Royal Mail or Parcel Force); however, other carriers may be used.

***Please note, as we use ‘signed for’ service, we are unable to deliver to an address that includes a PO Box number, as we require a signature on delivery.

Delivery costs:

UK - £3.95 per order

Europe£16.95 per order. 

International/Rest of World£24.95 per order.  

Delivery times:

***Vali & Co is a small family run businessso please note that delivery times should be used as an estimated guide and will begin from the date of dispatch.

UK  - Delivery will normally take 1-5 working days from dispatch

Europe  - Delivery will normally take 4-5 working days from dispatch

Rest of World - Delivery will normally take 6-10 working days from dispatch

***Please be aware that the above delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.

Delivery attempt:

Most deliveries require a signature. If delivery is attempted for a signed for package and a delivery card is left and you fail to claim the parcel from the local depot or post office, unfortunately we cannot refund you until the products have been returned to us. One we receive the times back, if you would still like the products, we will re-dispatch the parcel but there will be an additional charge for re-posting.

Parcel did not arrive:

Please contact us by email: info@valiandco.com if you have not received the package within 7 working days from the date when you received a dispatch notice. Usually the package will remain in the local depot or post office and we can rearrange a delivery to you with a track number, or we can provide you with the track number so you can collect it from the collection point.

PLEASE NOTE If the total weight of parcel is over 2kg, an extra shipping fee may be charged. We will contact you separately if the total weight exceeds 2kg.
